oSTEM Collegiate Conference Grant Applications for 2025

The Collegiate Conference Grant is used to help chapters/individuals fund their trip to the Annual oSTEM Conference in Baltimore, MD. This year, funds will be disbursed by means of:

• Conference Registration Codes (which will be used to cover the cost of granted conference registrations per chapter)
• Lodging Accommodations (hotel rooms)

This year, the application is split into individual or chapter applications. Students are encouraged to apply based on the circumstance that best fits their situation.

We expect decisions to be released by Sunday, September 14, 2025 at the latest.
